Terms & Conditions

PLEASE CAREFULLY REFER TO THE FOLLOWING CONTENT BEFORE YOU JOIN MOTORCYCLE ACTIVITIES WITH VIETNAM EASY RIDER

By utilizing our services or booking with us, you agree to abide by all our terms and conditions and general provisions.

     1Payment Methods

Bank transfers with a 3% fee.

Deposit: We require a deposit of 30% of the total upon confirmation of the booking tour. The deposits paid are non-refundable.

The remaining balance should be made at least 30 days before the departure day. We regret to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the full payment by the time of the request.

    2. Luggage & Accommodation Policy

A backpack will be tied to the back of the motorcycle during the trip.

Additional luggage and suitcases will be sent by bus to the last trip’s destination and may incur extra charges.

For a large group, you can request the support van, which carries all the luggage at an extra charge.

We provide private rooms at the homestay or 2-star hotel standard during the trip. If you want to upgrade to a high-quality hotel standard (extra charge), please contact us while discussing the trip.

    3. Our Tour Guides

We guarantee that all our tour guides are experienced in guiding tours and will bring you an unforgettable trip. Our passionate tour guides can speak English and will explain at each stop.

For the group tour, we will have a tour leader who will be responsible for your trip. There is a mechanic who will be in our group and will help to solve all the troubles with our motorcycle problems. We use motorcycles from 150cc up to 500cc, not small scooters, so it is more comfortable for you to sit behind us and enjoy the ride.

    4. Pillion Ride

We also do the pillion tours if you can not ride the bike by yourself.

    5. Passenger & Responsibility

When the booking has been made, if there is no request for a self-ride, it means you will sit behind our rider as a pillion rider. It cannot be changed once the tour starts.

Any request for self-ride should be asked while discussing the trip. If you are the only person doing the tour, the price will incur an extra charge, and we will offer a special discount if your group has 3 self-riders. The riders who want to do a self-ride should have a valid international motorbike driver’s permit, which is accepted in Vietnam. The riders who have an international motorbike driver’s license but it is not valid, such as those from the U.S., New Zealand, or Australia, etc., please contact us to get more information on how to ride legally in Vietnam. Guests can also check their valid motorcycle license to ride in Vietnam at the link below.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE IDP 1968 & IDP 1949

The tour provider is not liable for any loss, delays, theft, or actual damage to participants’ belongings.

Travel insurance is not included in the trip, so we strongly recommend that all passengers have health and travel insurance from local providers before embarking on the journey.

Motorbike damage: If there is any trouble with the machine or a flat tire, etc., we will take responsibility for fixing or endeavor to substitute a motorbike of a similar type.  And if the motorbike has a problem due to your own risk, you will take responsibility for it.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Individuals with severe allergies should take necessary precautions before the trip, as we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments. We cannot be held accountable for the actions of other passengers that may trigger someone’s allergies.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    * Notification of Cancellation

If you or a party member decide to cancel the holiday, the primary contact would need to formally notify us. You can delay your trip, but you must inform us in writing 25 days in advance, and the delay will be limited to 6 months.

We take no responsibility for any flight delays, visa denials, or schedule changes at any stage throughout the trip.

During the tour, should you be found to break any of the rules without prior exception from the tour leader, we have the discretion to cancel the tour with no refunds applied.

If your bike has minor technical problems, we will attempt to fix it as quickly as possible. If the bike cannot be fixed within the day, we will endeavor to substitute a bike of a similar type to ensure your trip is not interrupted.

Should you have to cancel the tour due to special reasons, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for your nominee paying their money in full.

    * Cancellation Charges

Upon your notification of cancellation, the cancellation must be 25 days in advance and we will refund all your remaining costs (the deposit will not be refunded), but you must follow this case:

    – Inability to travel due to various reasons such as war, or typhoons.

    * Why don’t we give you back a deposit?

We face significant expenses associated with that empty space:

    • The fixed costs of a trip, such as guides, vehicles, and advance preparation, which have to be covered when the trip is confirmed.
    • The costs of accepting a reservation and processing it.
    • Unused hotel, restaurant, and activity costs that we have paid for and committed to taking, and which often cannot be refunded or canceled.

    6. Gratuity

Tipping your tour guides is a personal choice and is based on the quality of service provided. It is common to give a tip of from 10% of the total tour cost, especially if you had an enjoyable and informative experience, and our guides will be very happy with your kind tips as you had a wonderful trip with them.

Thank you so much for your booking trips, and have fun on your travels.
